This is an appeal from a declaratory judgment construing certain language in an inter vivos trust agreement.

On June 27, 1923, Ida J. Moody (hereinafter "Mrs. Moody" or "trustor") executed a trust agreement whereby she transferred to the trustee 5,000 shares of the capital stock of Moody Estate Company, a corporation.
