This suit originally was brought by plaintiffs as a declaratory judgment action in the circuit court of Cook County against their insurers and the defendant, Brokerage Resources, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Brokerage") for a declaration of rights concerning the nature and extent of insurance coverage under four policies for a fire loss to real estate owned by plaintiffs....
