The instant case was transferred from the Second District to this office on July 1, 1976, in order to lessen the disparity in case loads between the Districts.

Plaintiff-appellee (Sheila) was injured while driving a motor vehicle which collided in a street intersection with another vehicle operated by defendant-appellant (Gibson). Litigation was had and resulted in a jury's verdict and a judgment for Sheila...
