Plaintiff filed this suit against two defendants, Ford Motor Company, as manufacturer, and Canal Motors, Inc., as vendor, of her 1970 Ford automobile. She alleges she was injured when the car's accelerator stuck and caused her to veer off the road into a pond or lagoon.
