DENECKE, Justice.

The only issue in this personal injury case is whether there was evidence to support the trial court's submitting the issue of permanency of the injury to the jury.

The plaintiff's head went through the window of her car lacerating her head. At the time of the trial, two years after the collision, plaintiff had a scar running from the middle of her forehead down and across her left eyelid. The prominence of the scar was in dispute; however...
