PER CURIAM.

The defendant was convicted of manslaughter, La.R.S. 14:31, and sentenced to 13 years at hard labor. On appeal four assignments of error are urged.

ASSIGNMENT OF ERROR NO. 1

This assignment of error relates to a denial of a challenge for cause of a prospective juror. Essentially, the defendant argued that the prospective juror should have been excused because he had gone to school with the deceased and used to drink beer with him. Nevertheless...
