Ballard, husband and wife, appeal from a decree of specific performance of a "stock buy-out" agreement requiring them to sell the plaintiff, Rogers Walla Walla, Inc. (Rogers), 2,400 shares of its stock for the stated sum of $10,000. The decree is challenged as improper against Eileen M.
