CASE SUMMARY

Review is sought by Plaintiff-Appellant, Thomas J. Reynolds (Reynolds), of a decision by the Full Industrial Board of Indiana (the Board) dismissing his claims for injuries received by him while employed by Defendant-Appellee, Mobile Wash, Inc. (Mobile), Reynolds claiming the dismissals are contrary to law because his minority tolled the statutes of limitations.

We affirm.
