On January 28, 1974, Howard Hale, Ralph Sharpe and Clayton Curtis, the defendant in the main demand herein, incorporated Frontier, Inc., the plaintiff in the main demand, under the laws of the State of Mississippi. This was for the general purpose of engaging in aerial spraying of herbicides, pesticides etc. The three incorporators constituted the board of directors and officers with Curtis being president and general manager with full authority to operate...
