In this products liability case, Bristol-Myers Company, defendant below, appeals from an $800,000 judgment against it and in favor of Ramon Gonzales, plaintiff below, for plaintiff's deafness allegedly resulting from claimed inadequacies in the warnings given by Bristol concerning its prescription drug "Kantrex".
