BUSSEY, Judge:

Appellant, James L. Cooper, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court, Osage County, Case No. CRF-75-73, with the crime of Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, After Former Conviction of a Felony, in violation of 21 O.S.Supp. 1973, § 801. Trial before a jury was had on the 10th and 11th days of June, 1975, at which time defendant was convicted...
