This is a homicide case arising out of a collision between an automobile operated by the defendant, Don Johnson, and another occupied by the decedents, the Bullion family, a young man, his wife, and their young son. The collision occurred on U.S. 11E in Hamblen County when the right front of the defendant's vehicle struck the left rear of the decedents' vehicle causing it to go out of control, leave the pavement and knock...
