PER CURIAM.

The Florida Commission on Ethics has found petitioner, a member of the City Commission of Stuart, Florida, to be in violation of F.S. 112.313(1), F.S. 1973, as amended by Chapter 74-177, Laws of Florida which provides as follows:

"No officer or employee of a state agency, or of a county, city or other political subdivision of the state, or any legislator, or legislative employee shall accept any gift, favor, or service, of value to the recipient...
