This is a suit for the balance due in the sum of $1,615.00 on a promissory note, together with 8% interest from June 18, 1975 until paid, attorney's fees and costs. Defendant, in his answer, admitted executing a promissory note in the sum of $1,920.00 on June 18, 1973, but alleged that he was not furnished with proper information required by the "Truth in Lending Act" and was, therefore, entitled to penalties and attorney's fees provided by that Federal...
