This appeal stems from a conviction for counterfeiting a driver's license, to-wit: an operator's license, under the provisions of Article 6687b, § 44A(a), Vernon's Ann.C.S. After a finding of guilty by the jury, the jury also found that appellant had been twice previously convicted of felonies as alleged in the indictment.
