Mr. JUSTICE HALLETT delivered the opinion of the court:

The defendant was tried before a jury which found him guilty of driving a vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1971, ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-501(a)) and he was fined $150. He appeals. We perceive no error and affirm.
