MEMORANDUM

DENNEY, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, a group of national and state banks and a trade organization formed to foster independent banking, instituted this action on November 20, 1973, in the District Court of Douglas County, Nebraska, to obtain a declaratory judgment and injunctive relief against the defendant, The Omaha National Bank, for violating state and federal law by allegedly maintaining and operating three banking facilities.
