This is a workman's compensation case. Edward J. Daniels, Jr. suffered an accident during the scope and course of his employment on October 9, 1973 while working for Fine Papers, Inc. He was sent to Dr. Dabney Ewin for treatment and the doctor diagnosed his injury as a strain of the pectoralis muscle on the left, placing the situs of pain some two inches from the sternoclavicular joint.
