OPINION

YOUNG, Justice.

This is the second of two appeals from interlocutory orders. The first appeal was from an ex parte order granting a temporary restraining order and appointing a receiver. And now this appeal is from an order entered after hearing and notice granting a temporary injunction and continuing the receivership after hearing. This Court granted a joint motion of the parties to consolidate these appeals for the purposes of briefing and submission...
