This appeal by The Chesapeake and Ohio Railway Company is from a final judgment rendered against it in an action brought under the Federal Employers' Liability Act by one of its employees, Mack B. Richmond. Appellee effected a recovery for personal injuries suffered in an accident that occurred while he was performing his duties.
