These are consolidated appeals from two judgments adverse to plaintiff, Gerald Goblirsch, in his twin lawsuits against his employers, Donald and Charles Orth,1 and against the manufacturer of the corn grinding machine in which he lost his right hand while working as a farmhand on the Orth farm.
