This is a complaint by the plaintiffs, each of whom is engaged in the sale and delivery of petroleum products by means of gasoline stations, against the City of Warwick seeking a judgment under the provisions of G.L.1956 (1969 Reenactment) chapter 30 of title 9, "The Uniform Declaratory Judgments Act." After hearing before a Superior Court justice, sitting without a jury, judgment was entered...
