A head-on collision occurred on May 12, 1971, on Louisiana Highway 1054 in Tangipahoa Parish involving a truck and an automobile. The following few facts are undisputed: Louisiana Highway 1054 is a narrow, two lane, hard surface road, twenty feet wide in the general area of and at the place of the accident.
