ERWIN, Justice.

The sole issue presented to this court is whether appellant John Gregory should have been permitted to withdraw his plea of guilty to the charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Gregory contends that he did not make a knowing and intelligent waiver of his right to counsel and thus he must be allowed to withdraw his guilty plea, entered without the assistance of counsel, to "correct manifest injustice" under Criminal...
