COBEY, J.

Plaintiff, Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company (hereafter Liberty) appeals from an adverse judgment in its subrogation action against defendant, Auto Spring Supply Company (hereafter Auto) and Henry Beacham. The appeal lies (Code Civ. Proc., § 904.1, subd. (a)), but we find no reversible error and will therefore affirm.
