This is an action by the Bedford School District against Caron Construction Co., Inc., the general contractor, and Dirsa & Lampron, the architect, to recover damages arising from construction of a defective roof. Caron subsequently brought a third party action against A. W. Therrien Company, Inc., the roofing subcontractor. Shortly before trial, the plaintiff school district and the architect settled their dispute and entered into a "Guaranty Agreement...
