Plaintiff filed this suit against three named defendants, Security Insurance Company of Hartford, William Virgets and Bank of Louisiana, seeking damages of $233,963.73 for personal injuries and property damages resulting from a rear end collision on February 9, 1973 when Virgets lost control of a vehicle owned by the bank.
