Deichmann, filed suit for payment of his proportionate interest of $75,500 in the Alto Employees' Trust that he alleged became due when he terminated his employment with Alto Trailer Sales, Inc. The answer filed for defendants, A. A. Harmon, Sr., trustee, and the trust itself, claimed the trustees elected to defer payment to plaintiff to his retirement age, which they were authorized to do under the trust agreement, as amended...
