This is an appeal from the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, in and for Dade County. Since that court construed Article I, Section 12, Florida Constitution and the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution, we have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla.
