Defendant was convicted by a jury of the offenses of burglary and stealing and was sentenced by the court pursuant to the provisions of the Second Offender Act, § 556.280, RSMo 1969, V.A.M.S., to a term of four years in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections on each charge, said sentences to be served concurrently.
