This is an appeal from a conviction by jury of the crime of aggravated robbery (K.S.A. 21-3427).

On April 11, 1974, Kenneth Karsk was employed as a clerk at a Quik Trip store located at Woodlawn and 45th Street North in Sedgwick County, Kansas.
