This is an appeal from an order of the Hennepin County District Court, Family Court Division, which confirmed a referee's order for child support.

Appellant is the widow of Dr. John Thomas O'Neill, who died on November 5, 1973. Five children of the marriage survive. The two youngest are the subject of this action.
