This case is an appeal from a judgment for plaintiff-appellee in a wrongful death action brought by the administrator of the estate of Harry Hanna, against Hanna's wife, Marlene Hanna, who shot and killed Hanna with a pistol. This court affirms.

Prior to the filing of this action these same parties were involved in a declaratory judgment action filed by Riggs, as administrator of Hanna's estate...
