A cotton merchandising company brought this suit to recover from a cotton grower the difference between the market price and the contract price of undelivered cotton. The trial court, calculating the contract price in lieu of the disregarded jury finding thereof, rendered judgment on the balance of the verdict, decreeing that the cotton company recover the market-contract price differential for the undelivered pounds of the greatest number of bales...
