JORDAN, Justice.

Appellant and a co-defendant were jointly tried and convicted of murder and burglary. Appellant was sentenced to life for murder and 15 years for burglary to run concurrently.

1. Appellant was arrested on February 27, 1975, indicted on September 3, 1975 and put to trial on September 19, 1975. Absent a showing that the delay was purposeful, oppressive or prejudicial, the trial court did not err in refusing to dismiss the indictment on the ground...
