Becknell Construction, Inc. filed suit in the Circuit Court of Rankin County against Campbell Roofing & Metal Works, Inc., Celotex Corp. and Barrett Roofing Co. to indemnify Becknell for damages sustained by it resulting from faulty workmanship of Campbell and defective materials supplied to Campbell by Barrett.
