This is the second visit of the estate of Aldace Freeman Walker to this Court. In the first case, Suzanne Walker Wright, Mr. Walker's daughter, had appealed from an order of the Orphans' Court for Talbot County, admitting to probate the unwitnessed holographic will of Mr. Walker. At the time the will was executed and at the time of his death, Mr. Walker was domiciled in the District of Columbia, but owned real estate...
