The motor vehicle operator's license of appellee, Beverly J. Stender, was revoked for failure to comply with the provisions of the Nebraska Implied Consent Act. On appeal to the District Court the order revoking the license was reversed. The Director of the Department of Motor Vehicles prosecutes this appeal.
