Norris W. Yates, Janis Platt and Steve Ewoldt were each charged by separate county attorney's information with the crime of resisting execution of process in violation of section 742.1, The Code. At arraignment each defendant entered a plea of not guilty and their cases were consolidated for trial to a jury which resulted in a verdict finding them guilty of the crime charged.
