Tampa Electric Company (TECO) initiated proceedings, Docket No. 74597-EV, before the Public Service Commission (PSC), by filing a petition for rate increases. Public Counsel intervened in the proceedings before the PSC, as did the International Minerals and Chemical Corporation (IMC), Agrico Chemical Company (Agrico) and Mobil Chemical Company (Mobil).
