These proceedings have been instituted by petitioner to obtain her release from the state hospital at Moose Lake where she has been confined following her acquittal of murder in the first degree on the grounds of insanity. The trial court held that the petitioner had not proved by a fair preponderance of the evidence that no person would be endangered by her release and accordingly denied relief.
