This is a petition by an employer challenging the right of the District Unemployment Compensation Board to reverse a decision by an appeals examiner adverse to a claimant, where such claimant did not appear at the hearing before the examiner or present testimony rebutting evidence that claimant was making no real effort to obtain employment.
