Petitioner, Edwin Caffrey, brought this mandamus action pursuant to Minn.St.1974, § 197.46, of the Veterans' Preference Law, to compel his reinstatement as director of public affairs of appellant, Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC). The trial court granted the writ ordering MAC to reinstate petitioner and MAC appeals.
