CLINTON, Justice.

A jury verdict of guilty was rendered against defendant, Glen A. Boss, Jr., in the county court of Platte County on the charge of resisting or abusing an officer in the execution of his office, contrary to the provisions of section 28-729, R.S.Supp., 1974. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail. Defendant thereafter appealed to the District Court where the judgment and sentence of the county court were affirmed.
