COTTER, J.

The defendant commissioner, after a hearing pursuant to § 14-111 of the General Statutes, found that the plaintiff had caused or contributed to the death of Joseph Mortali, Sr., and ordered that the plaintiff's driver's license be suspended for a period of not less than one year. From a judgment rendered by the Court of Common Pleas dismissing the appeal the plaintiff appealed to this court, claiming error in the commissioner's ultimate conclusions...
