This appeal arises out of an eminent domain proceeding in Wyandotte County.

The facts are not in dispute. On June 18, 1974, Unified School District No. 500, deeming it necessary for its purposes to acquire property as part of a site for a new elementary school, commenced the eminent domain proceedings in question.
