Plaintiff, a masonry contractor, commenced this action seeking to recover money damages for certain improvements done under written and oral contracts to property owned by defendant. The jury subsequently returned verdicts in favor of plaintiff on each of his five causes of action and a judgment was entered in his favor for $22,972.14...
