TYSON, Judge.

The indictment charged Dillard Wayne Summers with the robbery of William Sample by putting him in fear and taking from his person "One (1) watch, of the value of, to-wit: $75.00; One (1) money clip, of the value of, to-wit: $10.00." The jury found the appellant "guilty as charged" and fixed punishment at ten years imprisonment. The trial court then set sentence in accordance with this verdict.
