This is a motion by defendant and his attorneys for an order vacating and setting aside a prior order of this court, made without objection by counsel on June 21, 1976, during the jury selection, in which the court ordered "I will instruct the clerk to give no information out. These instructions also apply to the lawyers. In other words, in a case of this nature, you are not to discuss it with anybody except, of course, for the purpose...
