Anthony Jerome "Pop" Green, appellant, was arrested on June 26, 1974, and charged with the murder of Aurelia Sumter earlier the same day. Subsequently, he was indicted and brought to trial at General Sessions Court of Richland County. The jury returned a verdict of guilty on the charge of murder, and the appellant was sentenced to life imprisonment. The appellant raises two exceptions...
